We have our skewers prepared in the Central Kitchen keeping a tight watch on our ingredients, food safety and hygiene. All items are prepared in temperature controlled rooms. Our food is hand prepared and sticked daily, placed on trays and sealed, production date/serving date stickers are placed. All these control measures will enable us to serve our customers with the best quality product. Once delivered to our outlet, the quality and product handling is strictly monitored by our in-house Quality Assurance Team.
We first broil our skewers using an automated machine, then right in front of the customer we hand grill the skewers till perfection and dip them in our special TARE(sauce).
After the grilling is done we place the sticks in our showcase warmer and you can pick any stick you like to create your own DON or “rice bowl with yakitori sticks” for dine in and BENTO style if it is for “Take-Out”. Choice of chicken, pork, vegetables etc.
